Set on 1.6 acres sloping toward a natural creek, the home blends old-world charm with modern elegance. About The House
“Alla Famiglia,” an Italian phrase meaning “for the family,” is the perfect name for this stunning European-style home designed for multi-generational living. Set on 1.6 acres sloping toward a natural creek, the home blends old-world charm with modern elegance. A limestone and stucco façade with copper accents creates a warm, timeless first impression.
Guests enter through arched double doors into a grand hall that spans the depth of the home. Wide-planked European oak floors and soaring ceilings with rustic beams set a tone of classic comfort.
The layout encourages gathering—whether around the Italian marble kitchen island or in the great room, where a 12-foot collapsing glass wall opens to a resort-style outdoor space. The covered patio features a built-in grill with a copper/plaster hood and wood-fired pizza oven. Just beyond, a cabana and 10-foot waterfall flow into a luxurious pool with a waterslide, sun deck, and play area.
The primary suite showcases a cross-vault ceiling and custom plaster walls. Barn doors reveal a freestanding copper tub and double walk-in shower set against a dramatic dolomite and granite backdrop.
A spacious mother-in-law suite with its own laundry and living area is also located on the main level. At the center of the home, a peaceful courtyard opens to marble and limestone walkways, a custom water feature, and curated landscaping.
A dramatic spiral staircase framed by a 30-foot window wall leads to the lower level—designed with children and grandchildren in mind. This space includes personalized bedrooms, a recreation room, workout area, steam and infrared saunas, and a movie theater with stadium seating.
The home is filled with rustic, beautifully imperfect elements that create a sense of warmth and authenticity. These timeless finishes are designed to age gracefully alongside the family that lives here.

Interesting Facts
1. The name “Alla Famiglia” means “For the Family” which is appropriate; 4 generations will be residing here.
2. The home is 8725SF, making it the largest home in recent Street of Dreams history.
3. The Quartz slab in the primary shower wall weighs over 1600 lbs.
4. The circular staircase was handmade and bent in shape with layers of 1/4" plywood soaked with
20 gallons of glue and held by 3000+ screws.
5. The 60" Ilve range weighs almost 600 lbs.
7. The wall downstairs was made with wood strips on the wall coated by plaster & sand, and
hand sculpted as it dried in layers.
8. The courtyard provides outdoor living in an enclosed space complete with water feature & firepit.
9. The patterns on the wall above the primary tub were hand stenciled.
10. The 12' tall Elite Windows door system in the back of the house required 2' x 12' framing
and each panel weighs 300 lbs.
11. The ceiling in the primary suite was hand created by bending 1/4" sheetrock soaked with water and screwed into the framing.
12. The dining room fireplace mantle, courtyard water feature surround and outdoor firepit surround were all hand sculpted with fiberglass plaster.
13. Wood used for the roof, shed and beams of the cabana & lower walkway are created from trees
that were on the land.
14. The builder and design team flew to a Texas quarry to hand select the Limestone used to create the checkered pattern flooring.
15. Lower level bath features open wet room with shower and tub combination.
16. The pool measures 40' x 20' with an average 4' depth, holds 24,000 gallons of water and
features a 10' waterfall.
17. There are about 3 miles of low voltage wiring and 1/2 mile of LED lighting strips throughout.
18. The house is designed with accessibility features such as zero-threshold entry, curbless showers, and many other features including an elevator.
19. Entertainment features include a full theater with seats, a golf simulator and a putting green.
20. Home is running a 600A electrical service along with a Generac backup generator.
21. Many of the features in the home have been hand crafted by artisans and not purchased.
22. From start of construction, it took over 365 days to obtain the pool permit.
